Light a candle for Lucas HartLucas was born with Patau's Syndrome, a chromosomal abnormality which is severely life-limiting. He died at the age of 5 weeks 6 days almost 7 years ago. Ever since then there has been a big hole in our lives. Lucas now has a little sister called Eve who at almost 6 years old, is his 'big' sister.
We can't visit Lucas' grave because we moved to a different part of the country and although his grandparents tend his grave, it's hard not being able to visit him.
We miss him every day.
